I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 yrs. of experience. I have been helping clients in our community, Jensen Beach, Port St Lucie, and Stuart for 8 years. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapies, as well as Systems/Family Therapy. Catawba College is where I graduated with a double major in Sociology and Clinical Psychology and I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Barry University, here in Florida. My focus is on the "here and now" and I use an Eclectic Approach of CBT, DBT, CRT, and Inner Child work. Everyone is an individual with individual needs.
